General Terms and Conditions Hein Gericke Bonus Club

1. Any natural person, who has a residence or a postal address in the UK, can join the Hein Gericke club. Only one membership per person is possible. Membership is also open to young cyclists under 18 years, provided there is agreement by a parent or guardian.
2. The card is intended for private purposes only, so commercial resellers, wholesale buyers and group buyers are excluded from the Hein Gericke Club. The same applies to holders of the Hein Gericke Partner Card and VIP Card.
3. The card remains the property of Hein Gericke and is not transferable. Hein Gericke can withdraw and suspend the card at any time in the event of misuse.
4. The awarding of biker points when using the Hein Gericke Bonus Card is determined according to the current Hein Gericke Club price list. The Hein Gericke Clubcard must be submitted before the checkout process for the crediting of points. When ordering by phone, by mail or the Internet it is sufficient to indicate the card number. Additional entries are not possible.
5. You can find out your account balance at any time directly online or on the hotline specified in the Hein Gericke catalogue. Objections to the accuracy or completeness of the account balance must be made within one month of having the statement in writing, by submitting the relevant invoices.
6. The biker points collected in the context of the bonus programme collected can be taken into account in a subsequent purchase by a credit of 500 bike points. If the points accumulated by the end of the year are not redeemed, the points expire at the end of September the following year. There are no cash alternatives available.
7. In case of returned goods, the already credited biker points are cancelled. The same applies in case of accounting errors and abuses.
8. Hein Gericke reserves the right to discontinue or change the bonus program without notice, within a reasonable time and for important reasons (such as changes in the law). Changes will be communicated via this web site.
9. The information you provide is communicated within Hein Gericke as well as to authorised representatives, where it is processed and used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations for purposes that serve the implementation of the bonus program. You can revoke your given permission to use the personal data for marketing purposes by mail, email or SMS at any time in writing or by email.
10. Membership at the Hein Gericke Club can be terminated any time without notice in writing or by email. There are no cash alternatives for credit.
11. The current version of the Hein Gericke General Terms and Conditions apply additionally for every purchase.
12. If any provision of this agreement is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid and its content it is clear from the statutory provisions.
