So we accept returns of new and unused products up to 28 days from the date of your purchase for an exchange or refund.*

Please note that to qualify for a refund or exchange your returned goods must be in their original packaging, of new condition with tags and accompanied with the original provided Sales Order receipt and Returns Note.
 
Hein Gericke Online understands that you’ll need your exchange or refund ASAP, therefore as soon as we receive your Return we get to work processing your request! **

To return your goods, simply fill in the provided Returns Note and send back to us on the provided address via your local Post Office:

Unfortunately we can’t accept liability for items lost on their way back to us, so we recommend you retain a proof of postage from the Post Office.
