What are our delivery services and charges?

We will deliver any of the goods available on this site via Yodel couriers. You will only pay a maximum of one delivery charge per order (look out for FREE DELIVERY offers!!). Please note that we do not deliver outside of the British Isles to shipping companies or PO boxes.
Mainland UK carriage is charged at £4.99 per order, and £14.99 to Republic of Ireland.

Please note that delivery is FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25 (Mainland UK)!!

Delivery times are typically 3 to 5 working days. Additional time may be required for deliveries to the Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland

When and how will my order be delivered?

Due to stock availability, items in your order may arrive at different times. Delivery via Yodel will be between Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:00pm. We are unable to confirm an exact time. Your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times within the delivery lead time. You can get an update on your order’s progress by calling 0800 165 165 or by sending an email to customer.services@hein-gericke.co.uk.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO). However, we are currently unable to register BFPO addresses online. Please call us on 0800 165 165 to place an order. A minimum order value of £150.00 applies to all orders shipped to a BFPO.

Do you deliver to an address different to my home address?

No problem - we can deliver to an address different to your home address, such as a work address. However, we must be supplied with the billing address to which your credit/debit card is registered to.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

All deliveries need to be signed for. If you're out when we try to deliver your parcel it will be returned to the depot. Our carriers will leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.
